How to Install 6mm and 10mm Threaded Rod

 

Step 1
  • Choose appropriate plug-in head
  • Adjust the Telescopic Pole to the required length

Step 2
  • Cut threaded rod to length
  • Attach to the appropriate fastener

Step 3
  • Insert threaded rod into the Telescopic Pole

Step 4
  • Place Telescopic Pole into position
  • Rotate until the screw is securely fixed

Step 5
  • Lower the Telescopic Pole

Suspended Loads

All loads which are suspended from roof purlins must be fixed either to or within 25mm of the web.

Connection design should follow the rules within AS/NZS4600.

Never attach loads to the purlin lips.
